Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

BOSS Unified provides AI "Command Executives" — including marketing, operations, finance, strategy, technology, and a chief of staff — that are briefed on the business information you supply and generate decision-support outputs such as plans, drafts, analyses, and summaries. The Service is a tool to assist you; you remain the decision-maker for your business.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business owners and their authorised team members, not for minors.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service;
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the acceptable-use policies of our AI providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Fees are stated at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to produce outputs. These outputs are decision-support only and are not professional, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs and for any decisions or actions you take based on them. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Raudhah Tech (Brainy Bunch Group) and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you, except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

As between you and us, you own the content you submit and the outputs generated for you, subject to the rights of our AI providers in their underlying models.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raudhah Tech (Brainy Bunch Group) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
